This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Sovereign+, LLC, dba. Jones&Company ("Company," "we," "our"). By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.
Digital Products & Online Courses
All sales of digital content—such as downloadable files, courses, workshops, templates, and ebooks—are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, access cannot be revoked once delivered.
If you encounter a technical issue or were charged in error, contact support@jonesco.ai within 7 days of purchase. All requests are evaluated case-by-case.
Physical Products (Including Dropshipped Items)
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact support@jonesco.ai within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.
Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit or replacement. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are evaluated at our discretion. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party dropshipping providers.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel future billing at any time, but no refunds are issued for past payments. Cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a breach of our Terms and may result in:
Account suspension
Loss of access to materials
Legal action for fraud or breach of contract

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any services, products, or content provided by Sovereign+, LLC, dba. Jones&Company ("Company," "we," "our") through JonesAndCo-branded websites, platforms, courses, podcasts, and commerce.

2. Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. We are not liable for unauthorized access arising from your failure to protect login credentials.

Reproduce or distribute content without written consent
Use our trademarks or branding without permission
Share paid materials with non-registered users
4. Payment and Billing
You agree to pay all applicable fees in full at the time of purchase. Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled in advance.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from participation in our programs. Individual results will vary.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or misuse of our services.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Fruita, CO, under AAA rules. No class actions permitted.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
